Project Inquiries
Submitting a form or sending a message does not create a client relationship by itself. Project scope, pricing, timeline, deliverables, approvals, and payment terms should be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Content and Assets
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business details, brand assets, text, images, product details, legal policy content, and approvals unless a separate content service is agreed.
Third-Party Tools
WordPress websites may use third-party themes, plugins, hosting, analytics, email, payment, or form tools. Those providers may have their own terms, privacy policies, and service limitations.
No Guaranteed Results
Good design, SEO foundations, and conversion improvements can support better outcomes, but no specific ranking, traffic, sales, or inquiry volume is guaranteed.
